저층 노후주거지의 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 '동네 폴리' 모델 제안 - 금호동3가 574번지 일대 (구 금호21구역)를 대상으로

Abstract

This study suggests the urban regeneration method for the activation of local community, using the urban folly model in old low-rise village. Recently, villages so called "neighborhoods" have been broken into pieces and isolated because of separated urban redevelopment projects which have been increasingly canceled or neglected since 2011. Isolation makes the village socially depressed, so proper response for these districts is required. Rather than the superficial solutions like painting walls or fixing street structures, this study finds the important spots of the village and method of planning the small community spaces depending on its original path, surroundings, and local characteristics.
