- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to propose the input⋅output elements and eco-efficiency concept for apartment buildings using DEA model as part of the development of alternative assessment technique of building. For this purpose, DEA model was reviewed and the concept of eco-efficiency for a apartment building using DEA model and input⋅output factors were proposed. Especially, the input⋅output factors were classified by direct-input, direct-output, indirect-output. The direct-input were considered with major building materials in building production stage and energy consumption in building management stage. Also, the direct-output were considered with 6 environmental impacts which has occurred from the direct-input, and indirect-output was considered with effective area per households which implies economic benefit. Through this it could be possible to use these elements as indicators for decision making and analyze eco-efficiency each alternatives.
