친환경 건축재료 환경성 평가 프로그램(G-CEAT)의 공동주택 적용 사례 연구

Abstract

This study aim to application of Green Construction materials Environmental impact Assessment Tool (G-CEAT) in apartment house as part of development of G-CEAT. G-CEAT was possible that satisfies demands from construction project stakeholders to acquire environmental information, evaluation result which classified in building level, construction assembly level and construction material level was presented. In addition, the applicability of G-CEAT were reviewed which has combined to assess a building element through a case study in design documents. In order to confirm the appropriateness of G-CEAT evaluation result that are developed through this study was a comparative analysis with evaluation result of existing evaluation methods.
