- Abstract
- Despite the mandates to Implement BIM in public construction projects of many countries, BIM adoption is still in its initial level. The main reason for this is the failure to offer a clear understanding of monetary value and value-added created by BIM. In the situation where BIM utilization becomes compulsory but its benefit is unclear, objective criteria for BIM performance is necessary. As a basic study for developing BIM performance management system, this study aims to establish the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate investment effect of BIM in design phase at corporate level. ©2016 International Information Institute.
