Abstract
This paper presents an experiment of a stable formation flight control of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) using ZigBee. The experiment is carried out in both indoor environment without localization system and outdoor environment with GPS. Since each UAV can communicate with the other UAVs thanks to ZigBee, a lower probability of collisions between UAVs in the formation flight is observed. © 2016 IEEE.
