Abstract
The purpose of this study is to suggest equation about economic analysis of green building technologies at the users’ viewpoint which means total occurred cost when user install new and renewable energy technologies that are applied to buildings. Also the equation about ∆RCost includes environmental cost through reduction of carbon emissions by using new and renewable energy technologies. For this study, new and renewable technologies-specific databases was built through carbon costs which had calculated through domestic CER(10,300won/CO2-ton) and costs incurred in new and renewable technologies such as government subsidies costs, installation costs, energy production costs through existing studies and literatures. As a results, user can calculate the break-even point through the equation above by selecting new and renewable energy technologies.
