- Smart phone, Tablet PC, smart TV, and the emergence of smart devices such as wireless Internet, GPS, LBS and other caused by the development of advanced ICT-commerce can be seen as a paradigm shift in the Smart Commerce is to break down the boundaries of online and offline shopping the distribution, marketing encompasses a far.
