- Abstract
- 최근, Urea의 흡열 반응을 이용한 콘크리트 온도균열 저감에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 본 연구에서 는 Urea의 첨가 혼입에 따른 콘크리트 플로우, 수화온도, 건조수축, 압축강도 성능에 대해 검토하였다. 그 결과, 기존의 슬래그 시멘트와 동일한 수화온도 및 건조수축 저감 성능은 Urea의 혼입율 7%이상에서 나타나며, 압축강도는 Urea 혼입율 5%이상부터 강도 저하가 나타나는 것을 확인하였다.
Recently, study to prevent the thermal cracks of concrete mixed with Urea was performed. In this study, performance evaluation of flow, hydration temperature, drying shrinkage and compressive strength of concrete mixed with Urea by addition method is carried out. As result of experiments, Urea mixed ratio must be over 7% to get equal performance with slag cement in hydration temperature and drying shrinkage. And, compressive strength is reduced from Urea mixed ratio 5%.
