- Abstract
- The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of breathing pattern training on golf players’ state anxiety and performance. For that, each control group and experiment group were composed by six person, and experiment group was insisted to take breathing pattern training and golf practice while control group was insisted to do only golf practice during twelve weeks. State anxiety and performance were measured and compare-analyzed between two groups before and after experiment. As a result, positive effect on cognitive- anxiety and state-confidence of experiment group was found. Furthermore, experiment groups’ total driving distance of Driver and ball speed of Iron has increased. On the other hand, control groups’ total driving distance of Driver has shown shorter results.
