- Abstract
- By sudden development of the vehicle electronic component, safety, ease and reliability of vehicle become important. Thus fault of semiconductor control chip that constitute bod y electronic system should be detected after manufacture of cars. In this paper, test technique using FlexRay is proposed to vehicle network diagnosis platform.
