Abstract
상온양생에서 재령 6∼12시간에 15MPa∼30MPa의 압축강도를 발현하는 콘크리트를 개발하기위하여, 칼슘이온을 포함하는 경화촉진제를 C3S를 대량으로 함유한 조강시멘트에 혼입한 결과, 경화촉진제 첨가량이 증가할 수 록 조기 압축강도는 크게 나타났다. 이것은 Ca(OH)2의 성분이 조기재령에서 대량생성이 되었기 때문으로 판단되며 경화촉진제의 수화반응 특성 실험결과 경화촉진제는 C3A 및 C3S 촉진하는 것 을 알 수 있었다 .
In order to develop concrete generating compressive strength of 15MPa∼30MPa aging for 6∼12 hours in the room temperature curing, Hardening accelerator containing Ca2+ mixed with rapid hardening portland cement containing C3S in quantity. It is jugded that Ca(OH)2 component was much appeared on early age, as a result about experiment on property of hardening accelerator's hydration reaction, hardening accelerator makes C3A and C3S accelerating.
