dc.description.abstractPET substrate was pretreated horizontally and/or vertically using corona plasma to enhance adhesion between carbon nanotube(CNT) and PET. CNTs were deposited on the patterned PET substrates by spray coating method. The surface mophology and roughness of the pre-patterned PET substrates were measured. The visible-transmittance of the CNTs as well as their sheet resistances after bending were characterized as a function of the surface contact angle of the PET substrate.-
