dc.description.abstractThe detailed microstructural analyses of FeCoNiB films have been carried out by TEM and EELS in order to understand the effects of microstructure on magnetic properties. Based on the structural examination, the oblique deposition method was adopted to increase Hk and fFMR of FeCoNiB films. Also, the effects of this deposition method on the high frequency characteristics have been analyzed. The oblique deposition method was proven to be a very effective method to increase high frequency characteristics of FeCo based thin films.-
