Abstract
Effect of the underlying buffer layer on device performance of self-aligned top-gate oxide TFTs on plastic substrate was investigated. The device performance was affected dramatically by various buffer deposition conditions. We also successfully developed self-aligned top-gate oxide TFTs on plastic substrate using optimized buffer deposition conditions. © 2013 ITE and SID.
