Abstract
A photoelectrochemical cell and a thermoelectric device have been coupled to boost water splitting at bias-free condition. A photon-to-current efficiency of 13.6% was achieved at a 14.3 °C temperature gradient across a thermoelectric device. Renewable Energy and the Environment Congress © 2013.
