- Abstract
- Polycrystalline Sr, Mg-doped LaGaO3(LSGM) nanowire with multi element system was readily synthesized by electrospinning and thermal treatment process. Thermal behavior of PVP/LSGM precursor nanowires was confirmed by TG-DTA analysis and all of the organics and volatiles, with the exception of the LSGM, were decomposed and removed below around 800 degrees C. In addition, the crystal and microstructures of the LSGM nanowires were systematically investigated by XRD, FE-SEM, and TEM as a function of thermal treatment temperature. After the heat treatment of electrospun PVP/LSGM nanowires, uniform LSGM nanowires with diameter of approximately 100 nm, nanosized grain and high aspect ratio were successfully synthesized.
