Abstract
경화촉진제와 조강시멘트를 사용한 초조강 모르타르를 개발하기 위하여 W/C를 20%와 30%로 하여 재령 4, 6, 8, 12, 24시간에서의 압축강도 실험을 한 결과 W/C 10%의 차이에 의해 15MPa 도달 양생재령이 4시간정도 단축 하는 것을 알 수 있었으며 경화촉진제의 혼입률은 W/C 20%에서는 1%, W/C 30%에서는 1.5%가 최적이라고 판단된다.
As a result of conducting the experiment which measured the compressive strengthes in each 4,6,8,12,24-hour age and 20%, 30% of W/C ratio in order to develop Super-high-early-strength Mortar using hardening accelerator and rapid hardening portland cement, it can be known that curing age is reduced by 4 hours according to 10% of water-cement ratio difference. Also, it is judged as the best condition that the mixing ratio of the hardening accelerator is 1% in 20% of W/C ratio and the mixing ratio is 1.5% in 30% of W/C ratio.
