- Abstract
- 일괄입찰방식은 현재 100억원 이상의 대형 공사에서 점차 확대되고 있고, 의료시설에서도 계속 이 방식이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 의료시설에서 이 방식은 많은 장점이 있음에도 불구하고, 설계변경으로 인한 많은 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 설계변경에 관한 문제제기에 대해 공사계약상의 측면, 심의제도 등의 시공적인 분야에서 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 건축계획적인 측면에서의 설계변경에 관한 문제점의 파악과 입찰안내서에 명시된 기본 계획 평가기준의 고찰을 통해 기본계획의 지침과 평가기준에 관한 개선방안을 제시하고, 일괄입찰방식이 의료시설계획에 적합성을 판단하는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
