- Abstract
- The subject was customers of screen golf practice range, in 2011 that is to say, 5 golf range at Seoul and another 5 golf range at Gyeonggi-do. Sampling was done by convenience sampling that was one of non-probability sampling. 450 copies of the questionnaire were used.
SPSS 18.0 was used. Frequency, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA were used.
The findings were:Firstly, motivation for participation varied depending upon customer characteristics to have significant difference at external display (p<.05) and no motive (p<.01) of the gender and external display (p<.05) and pleasure (p<.05) of educational background.
Secondly, physical service environment varied depending upon customer characteristics to have significant difference at facility environment (p<.001) and access (p<.001) of the gender and price (p<.05) of monthly household income.
Thirdly, Revisit decision-making varied depending upon customer characteristics to have significant difference at idea of the continuity (p<.05) of the gender.
