- Abstract
- Inherent resonance effects during measurements make it difficult to determine experimental transmission line circuit model parameters. A new S-parameter-measurement-based frequency-variant transmission line parameter determination technique is proposed. It is shown that very high-speed signal propagation characteristics can be accurately investigated with the proposed technique. © 2012 IEEE.
