- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 평형운전조건과 고정자 동손 최소화조건이 적용된 고효율 단상 Line Start Permanent Magnet(LSPM) 전동기를 대상으로 기동성능의 개선을 목적으로 한다. 기둥성능 개선을 위하여 최적설계를 수행하였다. 최적화 과정으로는 회전자 바의 면적 및 엔드링 높이를 설계변수로 하며 Ladn Hypercube Sampling(LHS)를 이용하여 Sampling point를 추출하였으며, Radial Basis Function(RBF)를 사용하여 근사화 모델을 생성하였으며, Genetic AlgoriLhm(GA)를 이용하여 최적점을 찾았으며 이를 통하여 최적화 모델을 설계하였다. 또한 철손을 고려한 2차원 시간차분 유한요소해석을 수행하였으며 유한요소 해석 결과와 실험결과와의 비교를 통하여 단상 LSPM 전동기의 정격운전 시 고효율을 유지하는 동시에 기동특성 개선여부를 확인 및 검중하였다.
