일반 골재와 기포제를 사용한 구조용 경량 콘크리트의 역학적 특성에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 경량골재 대신에 일반 골재를 사용하고 기포제만 혼입을 통해 콘크리트 안에 무수히 많은 독립기포를 발생시켜 밀도를 낮게 하여 구조용 경량콘크리트를 제조하기위한 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 범위에서는 구조용 경량 콘크리트 제조를 위해서 기포제 첨가율 0.6%가 최적이라고 판단되며 기포제 혼입에 따른 탄성계수저하보다 압축강도의 저하가 더 큰 것을 알 수 있었다.

This research is focused on the applying of the foaming agent which can make the independent pore in the concrete structure in order to make a lightweight concrete structure. As a result of the unit volume-weight measurement, when the foaming agent mixed at 0.1% to 0.9%, the lightweight foamed concrete can be applied for the structural member.
