- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 적층구조 2중여자 3자유도 스테핑 모터의 소형화 설계에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 적층구조 3자유도 모터의 소형화를 위한 구조적인 설계와 전자기적인 설계로 나누어 진행하였으며, 설계된 3자유도 모터의 3차원 FEM 해석을 통하여 각 동작에 대한 다양한 특성 해석을 수행하였다. 이러한 해석결과의 고찰을 통하여 소형화의 연구방향을 도출하였으며, 제안된 3자유도 모터 구조의 소형화 가능성을 보였다.
