Abstract
In the original manuscript, the galvanic current of reinforcing steel, according to a previous study (Ji et al. 2005), was regarded as the corrosion initiation when it exceeds 0.3 ìm/year. [...] corrosion monitoring was stopped for further measuring of the chloride concentration at the depth of the steel, when the galvanic current exceeded 0.3 ìm/year, as seen in Fig. 2; however, it is strongly dependent on the moisture level in concrete, humidity, temperature, and sometimes additions.
