Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare the facilities, budgets, coaches, and programs to leisure sports policy for the aged focusing on secondary data based on public finance among 25-local autonomy system in Seoul. In order to achieve this purpose, sample was selected local autonomy system in Seoul through the Judgement Sampling out of non-probability sampling and finally 5-Gu as the developed Gu, and 5-Gu as the developing Gu were selected as a sample. Documents and comparative studying method was used for the case of analyzing the data. The results of this study are as following: first, This study attempted to analyze the difference in number of facilities concern leisure sports policy for the aged in accordance with public finance. From the results, there was no significant difference in 10 local autonomy system. second, This study attempted to analyze the difference in budget concern leisure sports policy for the aged in accordance with public finance. From the results, there was significant difference in 10 local autonomy system. third, This study attempted to analyze the difference in number of coaches concern leisure sports policy for the aged in accordance with public finance. From the results, there was no significant difference in 10 local autonomy system. fourth, This study attempted to analyze the difference in diversity of program and the standard quality concern leisure sports policy for the aged in accordance with public finance. From the results, there was no significant difference in 10 local autonomy system.
