dc.description.abstract본 논문은 인덕턴스 영향이 주요한 불연속 배선의 신호천이 특성을 예측하는 새로운 수학적 모델을 제시하였다. 불연속한 일반적인 배선을 수학적 방법을 통해 유효 럼프드 RLC 회로로 모델링 하였다. 제안된 모델은 수식을 통해 결정된 유효 파라미터를 사용한 유효 럼프드 RLC 모델이므로 불연속 특성을 반영하여 배선의 신호천이 특성을 수학적으로 예측할 수 있다. 본 모델의 정확성은 SPICE 시뮬레이션 결과와 비교하여 검증하였다. A novel analytical model for the signal transient response of interconnect line with discontinuities is developed. The generic interconnect line with discontinuities is modeled effective lumped RLC circuit. Since it is represented by effective lumped RLC circuit, the signal transient response of interconnect line is analytically estimated. It is shown that the analytical models are in excellent agreement with those obtained with SPICE simulation.-
