모바일 통합 서비스를 위한 사용성에 관한 연구

Abstract

오늘날 모바일 폰을 비롯한 디지털기기들이 일상생활의 필수품으로 자리 잡고 있다. 정보화 시대의 빠른 발전으로 인해 기술이 고도화되고 기능이 복잡 해 지면서 오히려 사용자의 만족도와 사용성에 있어서 제약적인 요소가 되고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 UI를 하나 또는 하나의 공통적인 요소로 통합하기 위한 통합형 UI를 적용시키려는 시도가 늘어나고 있다. 다양한 디지털 기기들의 통합형 UI 서비스들이 나오고 있지만 모바일 폰이 문제에 대한 중압감이 가장 크다. 최근 들어 통신사마다 전반적인 메뉴에 대한 통합서비스를 내놓고 있지만 사용자들의 만족도와 사용성에 있어서 아직 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 통합 UI 서비스를 위한 사용성 향상 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 제시된 방향에 대한 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 우선 반응이 민감한 연령대의 현재 국내 모바일 폰 제조사의 UI 디자인의 만족도를 알아보고 만족도의 결과를 통해 사용성 평가를 실시하였다. 국내 모바일 폰 제조사는 상위 4개를 차지하는 제조사를 대상으로 선정하였으며, 사용성 연구에서는 만족도 결과에서 낮은 만족도를 차지한 5개 메뉴의 부분에 대하여 연구를 진행하여 모바일 통합 UI 의 사용성 향상 방향에 대해서 알아보았다. 모바일 폰 사용자들이 각기 다른 브랜드를 사용하더라도 부정적 전이를 느끼지 않도록 모바일 폰 통합 서비스를 위해서는 향후 더 많은 실험적 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Today the digital equipments including the mobile phone became the daily necessaries. Due to the rapid development of information-oriented time, the technique is advanced and the function became complicated. Thus brings, however, another restricted elements for users in regards of user's satisfaction and applications. Consequently there is an attempt increasing to apply an integrated UI, to convert various UI into a function or a common function. Even though integrated UI services are launching for various digital equipments, there still remains a n oppresive feeling for mobile phone problem. Recently every mobile service provider produces integrated services covering overall menu, nevertheless situations are not enough for user's satisfaction & applications. This presentation is to show the direction to improve application efficiency for integral UI services. To verify the feasibility on the showed direction, firstly we got in touch with the very sensitive reaction ages to see their satisfaction about UI designs by local mobile phone makers, and valued the application through the satisfaction results. Top 4 local mobile phone makers were sellected. For the study of satisfaction, a study for 5 menu which got lowest satisfaction was taken, to see the direction to improve application efficiency about mobile integral UI. More experimental studies for mobile phone integral services shall obiously be made hereafter, to avoid user's negative displacement even though each of them uses different brand.
