영아의 시제ㆍ상 형태 습득에 관한 연구

Abstract

This study examined the expression of tense and aspect which appear in the utterance of the infants aged between 24 and 35 months. First, in case of the non-past tenses of the Sentence ending, the infants used unmarked sentences first and then ‘-는/ㄴ-’ type of sentences later. In the past tense sentences, the infants used ‘-었-’ type most actively and acquired them faster than the ‘-는/ㄴ-’ suffix in the non-past tense sentences. Moreover, regarding ‘-더-’ in which the infants should acquire the sentence-indicating, utterance-based and the conceptualization- based tenses, it was proved to be acquired later than any other cases. In the tense expression of pre-nouns, the results suggested that the present tense appears much faster than the past tense. In case of the aspect forms, the results suggested that while ‘-어 있다, -어 놓다, -고 있다(continuance)’ are used frequently in the completed aspect form, ‘-고 있다’ was used in the incomplete aspect form. In addition, the development of aspect expression for ‘-어 버리다’ and ‘-고 말다’ which have figurative features was shown to appear relatively late.
