국내 창작무용 관련연구의 동향과 과제

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 국내 학회지에 게제 된 창작무용에 관한 연구물에 대한 연구동향을 분석하여 이를 토대로 앞으로의 연구 패러다임을 제시하고자 한다. 분석대상물은 1989년부터 2009년까지 국내에서 발간된 교육적 측면에서의 창작무용 연구물 중 박사 및 학술지로 발표한 60편을 선정하였다. 자료 분류는 발표시기, 연구주제, 연구목적, 연구방법, 창작무용 프로그램 내용구성, 연구대상, 실험기간, 연구도구, 자료분석 방법으로 분류하여 MS Office Excel 2003을 통해 빈도분석, 교차분석 및 내용분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 창작무용에 대한 전반적인 이론적 개념은 문헌연구를 통해 잘 서술되어 있지만, 창작무용 프로그램 적용을 한 현장 실험 연구의 방법이 대체로 미흡하고, 분석방법에 있어 정보가 누락된 연구물이 많았다. 따라서 창작무용의 올바른 이해를 토대로 창작무용에 알맞은 질적 연구 방법을 활용하고 과학적 절차에 따른 양적연구를 실행해야 한다. 이를 통해서 창작무용의 다각적인 연구방향을 모색하여 패러다임에 알맞은 연구방법으로 접근해야 한다.

This research is designed to suggest future research paradigm based on the analysis of the trend of the existing studies about creative dance that have been published on local journals. This research has chosen60 papers that studied the creative dance from the educational aspects and were locally published from 1989 to 2009 through doctoral dissertations and journals. Data were classified according to the date of publishing, research topic, research purpose, research method, composition of creative dance programs, research target, research period, research tool, and data analysis, which was followed by MS Office Excel 2003, frequency analysis, cross-tabulation analysis, and contents. As a result of the study, it was found that the overall theoretical concept of creative dance was well described through documentary studies, but the method of site experiments, to which a creative dance program was applied, was not sufficient. In terms of the analysis method, many of the papers had information omission. Therefore, based on the right understanding of creative dance, a qualitative research method suitable for creative dance should be used, and a quantitative research should be made on the basis of scientific procedures. Various research directions of creative dance should be found and research methods suitable for paradigm should be approached.
