고교 볼링선수-지도자의 교환관계(LMX)가 운동몰입 및 학교생활태도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of the high school bowling player-Leader Member Exchange (LMX) is to find out the effect on athletic immersion and school behavior. In the study, 203 surveys were collected, and athletes registered with the Korea Bowling Association were selected. For statistical processing methods, frequency analysis, reliability analysis using Cronbach's a factor, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 24.0. The results are as follows. First, it has been shown that the contribution of LMX does not affect the invasion of motion. It has also been shown that the professionalism respect of LMX affects exercise immersion. Second, the analysis of the effects of LMX on class attitudes shows that LMX does not affect class attitudes. Third, it has been shown that LMX's contribution affects class comprehension. It turns out that LMX's professionalism respect does not affect class comprehension. Fourth, it has been shown that LMX's contribution affects school performance. It turns out that LMX's professionalism respect does not affect school performance.
