- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality in golf training facility on consumers' repurchase intention. Total respondents for this study were 273 golf consumers joining actively golf training facility. This study to analyze the data collected utilized t-test, One-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows.
First, there were significant differences in facility factor and price & location factor of service quality in golf training facility by gender, education level, and handicap variables. Second, there was a finding that service quality in golf training facility significantly influenced on consumers' repurchase intention. Only facility factor in service quality in golf training facility significantly influenced consumers' intention to repurchase.
