분리수거함의 사용성 개선을 위한 행동유도 요인에 관한 연구 - 분리수거함의 소재에 따른 행동유도성을 중심으로 -

Abstract

1960년대 이후부터 지속된 급속한 산업화 정책으로 양적인 팽창에만 집중하던 시대에 대한 반성과 함께 도시를 아름답고 살기좋은 곳으로 변화시키려는 질적인 시도가 계속 되고 있다. 이러한 변화 속에 도시의 공공시설물 역시 사용자 중심으로 디자인 되면서 편리하고 보기좋게 바뀌어 가고 있다. 본 연구는 공공시설물 중 도시를 깨끗하게 유지하도록 하는 분리수거함에 대한 연구로서 분리수거함의 사용성을 개선하고자 하였다. 사용성 개선을 위한 방안으로서 사용자가 원하는 분리수거함을 쉽게 찾도록 하는것이 중요한데, 분리수거함을 어떠한 인지요소로 구분 지을 수 있는지 국내외 사례분석을 통해 알아보았다. 또한 본 연구자가 생각하는 추가요소에 대한 효과를 검증하고자 설문조사를 통해 통계분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 분리수거 인지요소 중 재질요소에 대한 효과는 분리수거를 하는데 있어서 도움을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
