dc.description.abstract | Using ultra-high-speed electro-absorption modulator (EAM) we developed analog optical transmitters. In a system-on-package (SOP) EAM module the module was co-packaged with an low noise amplifier (LNA) and RF matching circuit. The analog performance of modules was investigated in 60 GHz two-tone test for intermodulation measurements. | - |
