Abstract: 본 논문은 운영관리 시각에서 서비스 유형화 접근을 시도하고 있다. 프로세스를 중시하는 운영관리는 서비스 무형성을 해결할 가장 유리한 입지를 확보하고 있다. 연구는 서비스 유형화에 필요한 기본 프레임웍을 제시하고 있어 이론적 실무적 공헌이 기대된다.
