dc.description.abstractThis study was to divide into treatment by aroma therapy and by food reflex zone therapy, and a control group without any therapy after it caused fatigue and myalgia, muscle pain, through the modern dancers' all-out with the treadmill test by STAIRMASTER, USA. And, the purpose of this study was to apply in the field after examining what was proper therapy that could improve the modern dancers' fatigue recovery by investigating the degree of fatigue recovery by the group physiologically and by examining the differences. As to those examined, it selected 15 male/female students among the students at the department of dance of university located on Gyeonggi province. From the result of this research above, it may be summed up as follows. 1) As a result of comparing with the blood lactic level before and after the treatment in each group, there was significant difference statistically in the aroma group. 2) As a result of comparing with the blood glucose level before and after the treatment in each group, there was significant difference statistically in the aroma group. 3) As a result of comparing with the heart rate before and after the treatment in each group, this study has shown that there were significant differences statistically in the aroma group. According to the research results, this study has shown that the aroma therapy decreased the blood fatigue substance level more than the food reflex zone therapy. As to the aroma therapy, it was considered to be effective when the modern dancers applied to the therapy of fatigue recovery after the hard exercise. And the aroma therapy could be considered as a therapy of utilizing it in the actual field.-
