Abstract
Residence is influenced to economical situation in cultural period environment and the age.Most of all to make up space coincided in human's desire is primary target. Moment each construction company advances subsidiary company's value.The company of construction began to execute marketing through order style selection and focus in value creation in reply.This has target to offer high-quality environment to consumer.After that, is making residence for decial through designer's brand and choose something to elevate individual's self-conceit by technique of marketing.This is that must make residing space through satisgy desire which depart in primary desire such as physical convenience and safety and is higher degree permanent domicile such as self realization, and space creation through this may have to put preferential target in quality of life and value creation.Residential environment,Designer's brand, user preference.
