- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 작년에 정부가 발표하고 시행에 들어간 「5·3 (건강보험) 약제비 적정화 방안」 중 사용량 및 상환정책에 관한 부분이 시행될 경우 각 이해당사자들에게 어떤 영향 및 효과를 가져 올 것인지에 대해 설문조사와 함께 분석하였다.선별등재제도 및 가격-사용량 연동제도를 주요 내용으로 하는 사용량 및 상환 관련정책은 최근 타결된 한미 FTA와 더불어 의약품 시장의 각 이해당사자, 특히 제약산업에 심대한 영향을 미칠 것으로 추정되며 복제약 생산에 주력하는 국내 제약산업에 M&A 등 구조조정의 일대 전기를 마련해 줄 것으로 사료된다.
