- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 미래의 새로운 패러다임인 유비쿼터스 사회로의 성공적 이행을 위해 필요한 국내 통신서비스 산업의 현안과제와 정책방향을 조망한다. 이를 위하여 우선 국내외 유비퀴터스 환경 구축 동향과 시사점을 살펴보고, 유비쿼터스 서비스를 구현하는 통신서비스 산업의 최근 동향을 소개한다. 이러한 새로운 패러다임에 따라 변화가 예상되는 통신서비스 산업의 현안과제와 정책방향을 크게 유비쿼터스 국가비전의 재정립, 통신규제체계 정비, 규제 및 주파수 정책, 신규서비스 도입 및 활성화, 유비쿼터스 역기능의 방지 등의 5가지 주제로 나누어 논의한다.
