- Abstract
- We propose a variable-rate space-time block coded OFDMA (vrST-OFDMA) with power optimization scheme which supports an unequal error protection (UEP) and multiuser communications over frequency-selective fading channels to satisfy the needs of future wireless systems. © 2005 IEEE.
