- Abstract
- This study analyzed the drivers based on the actual project implementation experiences of the green remodeling project participants and identifies their priorities to determine their success by reflecting the current status of Korean green remodeling. As a method of research for this, influencing factors are derived through analysis of existing research and priority is applied to each architect, constructor, consulting firm, and other participant in analysis of analysis (ANOVA). In case of an architect and constructor, satisfaction with the client is the most important, because the architect and contractor are able to identify the final goals of planning, design, and construction to satisfy the quality of life of the client. Social recognition and government support were most important for consulting companies, as they conducted energy performance analysis and assessment, and were also influenced by related laws and regulations. This study provides useful information on the successful activation of green modelling in countries that are experiencing the early stages of green remodelling, such as present Korea, and provides a basis for participation in the development of green remodeling.
