미래 환경 변화에 따른 신주거 공간요소 분석에 관한 연구

Abstract

4차 산업혁명은 결핍욕구 충족을 넘어 자아실현 욕구를 추구하기 위해 그게 맞는 교육,제도,일자리,사회 시스템 등의 변화가 필요하다. 그 중 주거환경은 이런 요소들을 모두 담아내는 주(住)로서 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 변화에 대응해 신 주거모델의 개발방향과 새로운 주거공간에 대한 개념적 대안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구의 진행체계는 크게 4차산업으로 인한 ‘신주거 공간요소 도출’와 ‘신주거 공간별 공간요소 평가’ 두 가지 측면에서 접근하였으며 그에 따른 결과로는 다음과 같다. 빈도분석을 통해 중요도 및 영향값을 파악하여 신주거 공간모델 개발연구에 중요한 주거공간 요소를 선정하였다. 사적공간인 침실은 거주자들이 하루 중 가장 많은 시간을 보냈으며 공용공간에서는 실내 분위기를 주요 결정하는 거실보다 부엌에서 많은 시간을 보내는 것을 알 수 있었다. 공간요소 중요도 평가 결과는 가장 높은 중요도를 나타내는 최빈값 5점 요소인 교육, 건강, 생활편의, 친환경, 여가, 보안, 교통, 원격, AI, 홈네트워크 요소로 나타났으며 그 중 생활편의, 친환경, 건강요소는 높은 최빈값이 가장 많이 나온 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 중요도 결과를 통하여 새로운 주거공간의 계획시 고려해야 할 요인들을 파악할 수 있었고계속해서 산업 패러다임으로 인한 다양한 문제를 해결할 수있는 새로운 주택 환경 후속연구가 필요하다.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution requires changes in education, institutions, jobs, social systems, and so on in order to pursue self-fulfillment needs beyond satisfying need. Among them, the residential environment is important as a dwelling house. Therefore, this study is aimed to suggest the development direction of new housing model and conceptual alternative to new residential space in response to this change. Therefore, the study system of this study approached from 'new housing space factor' due to 4th industry, and the result is as follows. We analyzed the importance and influence value of the residential space elements by frequency analysis. The bedroom, which is a private space, showed that the residents spent the most time in the day, and spend more time in the kitchen than in the living room, which determines the indoor ambience in the public space. Result showed 5 elements of education, health, life, eco - friendly, leisure, security, traffic, remote, AI, and home network elements, Elements were found to have the highest number of high modes. Therefore, we could identify the factors to consider in the planning of new residential space through the result of importance. Future research should be a new housing environment that will solve various problems caused by the industrial paradigm.
