Abstract
철근콘크리트 구조물의 장수명화가 대두됨에 따라 내구성문제에 대한 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 대해 본 연구에서는 Mg(OH)2를 혼입한 시멘트 페이스트의 탄산화 저항성에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. Mg(OH)2가 CO2의 고정 재료로서 5%, 10%, 15%의 비율로 Mg(OH)2를 보통 시멘트 페이스트에 치환하여 CO2 농도 20%, 상대습도 60%, 온도 20℃의 환경에서 양생 시킨 3, 7, 14, 28일 후에 탄산화 깊이측정, 압축강도 측정, XRD, TG/DTA, MIP과 SEM등을 통해 샘플의 특성에 대해 연구를 진행했다. 그 결과, Mg(OH)2의 혼입률이 증가할수록 탄산화 깊이가 더 작아지며Mg(OH)2 혼입한 페이스트는 Magnesium calcite가 형성되어, 0.3 um 이하의 공극 비율이 높아 탄산화 저항성이더 높아지는 것을 알 수 있었다.
Corrosion of the rebar is one of the main factors affecting the durability of reinforced concrete in the world which lead to the failure of the reinforced concrete structures. In this research, a new method of fixing CO2 is practiced to improve the carbonation resistance of the concrete. Brucite(Mg(OH)2), a kind of common CO2 fixation materials, was added into ordinary Portland cement paste. Samples containing 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% Mg(OH)2 were exposed to an accelerated carbonation curing regime with 20% concentration of CO2,60% relative humidity, and a temperature of 2 0℃ until tested at 3d,7d,14d and 28d. After 28d of CO2 accelerated curing, in the paste containing Mg(OH)2, magnesian calcite was detected by SEM-EDX. Meanwhile, the paste containing Mg(OH)2 exhibit the better pore distribution than ordinary Portland cement paste and the compressive strength of the cement paste containing Mg(OH)2 were more than 50Mpa.
