Abstract
We investigated the influence of the type of nanostructured surface and the doping impurity level on the frequency-dependent dielectric response and photoconductivity of c-Si PV solar cells by using femtosecond optical pump-THz probe spectroscopy techniques. © 2018 The Author(s).
