- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 업무용 건축물의 G-SEED의 개략 전과정 평가를 지원하기 위한 주요 건축자재 분석을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 5개의 업무용 건축물에 대한 물량산출서 및 설계개요를 확보하였고, 업무용 건축물의 유형을 SRC구조와 RC구조로 나누었다. 주요 건축자재는 건설과정에 투입되는 모든 건축자재들 중 높은 누적 가중 기여도를 기반으로 분석된다. 그 결과, 레미콘, 철근, 벽돌, 철골, 유리 등을 포함한 10종을 업무용건축물의 주요건축자재로 분석하였다.
The purpose of this study is to analysis of major building materials of office building to support the Streamlined Life Cycle Assessment in G-SEED. For this purpose, the bill of quantities of five office buildings were obtained, and the structure type of office buildings were divided into steel reinforced concrete (SRC) and reinforced concrete (RC) structure. The major building materials are analyzed based on the high cumulative weighted contribution among the all of building materials inputted in building construction. As a results, 10 kinds of the major building materials of office buildings including ready-mixed concrete, rebar, brick, steel frame, glass, and etc were analyzed.
