dc.description.abstractIn this study, a method for the fabrication of grid-mesh electrodes via electroless plating, which employs a low-cost solution process without using an expensive vacuum system, is presented. In addition, the flexibility and sheet resistance of the fabricated grid-mesh electrodes has been measured. The experimental results indicate that the problem of a low bonding force between the metal and the flexible substrate, which is generally observed in the solution-based process, has been solved through the corona pre-treatment of the substrate.-
