- Abstract
- 복부 MR영상에서의 간 영역의 인식은 수술을 위한 확인뿐만 아니라 정보제공에 있어 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서 본 논문은 이러한 간 영역의 검출을 자동으로 처리하는 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 제안방법은 경계선의 정보를 씨앗점으로 한 영역성장법 기반의 간 영역 검출 방법을 수행한다. 제안방법 의 성능평가 결과 평균 85.7%의 정확도를 도출하였다. 향후, 효율적인 진단보조를 위해 3차원 기반의 영역성장법을 연구할 예정이다.
