- Abstract
- 본 연구는 청소년의 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 변인들에 대한 연구로, 청소년의 자아정체감과 부모의 방임이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국·아동청소년 패널조사의 중1 패널 중에서 3차 조사 자료를 활용하였으며 분석을 위해서는 구조방정식모형을 적용하였다. 연구결과, 청소년의 자아정체감과 부모의 방임이 진로정체감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 부모의 방임이 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 청소년의 자아정체감이 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 부모의 방임은 청소년의 자아정체감형성에 영향을 미치고, 이러한 자아정체감은 다시 진로정체감 형성에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 기반으로 청소년의 긍정적인 진로정체감 형성을 위한 방안을 논하였다.
