- Abstract
- 본 연구는 청소년들의 폭력피해 경험과 자살행동 및 흡연·음주행동 간의 연관성을 살펴보기 위하여 질병관리본부의 청소년건강행태온라인조사 제12차(2016년)와 제13차(2017년) 원시자료를 통합하여 이용한 2차자료 분석연구이다. 원자료를 성향점수매칭(Propensity Score Matching: PSM) 방법으로 폭력피해 경험 외의 주요 변수들 속성이 유사한 실험군과 대조군으로 묶어 자살생각 및 자살시도 경험, 흡연 및 음주행동에 대한 두 집단의 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과를 비교하였다. 분석결과, 전체 대상자의 2.5%가 폭력피해를 경험한 것으로 나타났으며, 폭력피해를 경험한 청소년군은 비경험군에 비해 자살생각과 자살시도를 할 확률이 통계적으로 유의하게 높았고, 흡연과 음주행동을 할 확률도 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 폭력피해를 예방하고 조기개입할 수 있도록 가정과 학교, 지역사회가 유기적으로 협력하는 방안을 제시하였다.
