- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 교사의 부정적 정서성 및 의도적 통제, 교사-유아 갈등관계와 또래 놀이 상호작용 간의 관계를 알아보는데 있다. 연구대상은 경기도 소재 유치원에 재원 중인 만 3, 4, 5세반 유아 426명(남아 245명, 여아 181명) 및 이들의 교사 81명이며 교사의 기질 중 부정적 정서성및 의도적 통제 측정도구(Evans & Rothbart, 2007), 교사-유아 갈등관계 측정도구(Pianta, 1990), 또래 놀이 상호작용 측정도구(Fantuzzo et al., 1998)를 사용하여 각 변인들을 측정하였다. 연구결과, 교사의 부정적 정서성은 교사-유아 갈등관계에 영향을 미치지 않았으나 의도적 통제는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 교사의 의도적 통제가 교사-유아 갈등관계를 거쳐 또래 놀이 상호작용에미치는 영향을 부트스트래핑을 통해 검증한 결과, 교사-유아 갈등관계의 간접효과가 검증되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 그리고 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.
