Abstract
he purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between rapport and trust in the MICE Industry and to report the antecedents and outcomes of the two variables in the MICE industry. Specifically, the primary goals of this study were to recognize how employees are satisfied with their lives while they were working at an organization and to encourage them to build enjoyable relationships with their partners ,which in turn facilitate a sense of emotional attachment. A Naver Online Survey was used to collect data from April 27th through May 10th, 2017. Data collected from PCO employees were analysed using the IBM SPSS 22.00 software. This research was a pilot test for the practical research of rapport. 'Expertise' and 'Consistency' were directly related to trust, and 'Liking' and 'Common grounds' were directly related to rapport. Additionally, life satisfaction was more related to rapport than trust.
